Reunions

Our cottages are great for small family reunions or wedding partys. We have a total of six units, all with kitchens. Many activities to please everyone. The outside is great to relax after a long day of fun. Grill out and visit while the children play in the fenced area overlooking the park and golf course. We have a small pavilion and a firepit for smaller gatherings. DeGray State park has several large pavilions for rent if you need a bigger place to gather. Ask us about it.

Quinceañera Celebration

Our cottages are the perfect place for your family to celebrate. There are six cottages and a pavillion. Rent the whole complex for your private event. Call us to find out more.

Popular Activities

A variety of wildlife such as deer, wild turkey and winter visiting Bald Eagles abound in the DeGray Lake Arkansas area. See the sights on an interpretive naturalist guided boat tour or hike. Horseback riding, water skiing, swimming, jet skiing and tennis are also available at DeGray State Park.

Fishing

DeGray Lake is a 13,400 acre lake with clear waters, secluded coves and numerous launching facilities surrounded by park facilities and forests. Arkansas Fishing is open all year for Bass, Crappie, BlueGill, Catfish, Hybrid Stripers, White Bass and Walleye. Launch your boat or rent a stall at the nearby marina.

Golfing

DeGray Lake State Park offers a unique 18-hole championship golf course with an open front nine holes and a “backwood” back nine holes which leaves little room for stray shots. Disc Golfing

DeGray Park’s newest (of two) courses  offers the front nine and back nine each beginning and ending at the park visitor center, guests have snacks, drinks, and restrooms available. Find out more.

Horse back riding

DeGray Lake Resort State Park  and Arkansas Riding Stables  have partnered to offer a unique horseback riding experience along DeGray Lake’s scenic shore and through towering pines. Find out more.

Arkansas state parks offer plenty of geocaching for kids and adults, another form of outdoor adventure in The Natural State that is becoming increasingly common. Find out more.

Tours

DeGray Lake Resort State Park interpreters offer a variety of programs and activities throughout the year for the entertainment and education of park visitors. In addition, special programs may be offered during holiday weekends and special events such as the annual Eagles Et Cetera weekend held each January.

Marina and Boat Rentals

Marina rentals may be confirmed up to one year in advance. All slip rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis. Find out more.

 

Trails

DeGray Lake Resort State Park has six trails for guests to enjoy alone or on a scheduled, park interpreter guided hike. Find out more.

Zip Lines at Ouachita Bend

The Zip Lines at Ouachita Bend is an exciting adventure combining zipping with hiking. Your guide, who is trained and certified to standards set by the Association for Challenge Course Technology, will guide you through the beautiful, rugged area of the Ouachita Mountains between Hot Springs and Malvern.
